I hope that there will be enough sign-ups to fill all the 17 provinces in (dutch speaking) Belgium and Netherlands.
There are a few requirements to participate in this cup: You need to live in the Netherlands or in the dutch speaking part of Belgium.
So we have the following provinces:
 Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland, Friesland, Flevoland, Groningen, Drenthe, Overijssel, Gelderland, Utrecht, Limburg, Noord-Brabant, Zeelandm  West-Vlaanderen, Oost-Vlaanderen, Antwerpen, Vlaams-Brabant, Limburg
Official Rules:
- Most recent 6v6 Config
- No Tzac or CB banned players allowed
- No people from other countries allowed
- Fake locations will be punished with a ban
- Depending on the number of provinces that will participate there will
be created groups. The first and second placed in the groups will reach
the Knock-out system. In the group you play against every opponent in
your group twice. For winning a match you receive 2 points, for losing a
match you won't receive any points.
Sign-Up:
The sign-ups is the small aspect that I changed in this new format. To sign-up for the tournament you need to pm yNkk on crossfire. In the message you give him your : Name, Province, Residence, Age, and if you want to be province Captain Yes or No. yNkk make an open list from all the signups at Open List.
For every province I choose 1 team-captain, this will be the person
that I think that fits the most in the role of team-captain. The
team-captain gets the time to create a team with people from his
province.

Date:
The cup will start Monday the 13th of February, the teams will be announced one week earlier.

 Ingame Rules:
+ In the matches we use Global6 NO PB config
+ Every player need to use TZAC in every match
+ No TZAC or CB banned people are allowed to play during the cup
Captain Rules:
+ The captain needs to take a screenshot from all the tzac ID's before the game starts, using the command /ac_listplayers
+ The captain pmm's me with the time and date that they will play against their opponent
+ The captain pmm's me the score + the maps + the screenshot of the TZAC ID's within 2 hours after the match
The Teams:
The sign-up phase closes Friday at 24:00. I announce the team-captains
saturday before 24:00. Then the team-captains have 1 week to create a
team with players from their province with a miniumum of 8 players and
with a maxiumum of 12 players. They also choose a back-up captain that
will participate as captain when the main captain can't play. They Pm me
before the 5th of January with the name of the players that are in
their team, they also pm me the TZAC ID from every player in their team.
Group-Phase:
When I got all teams there will be created 4 groups. Depending on the
number of teams that participate the first 2, or the first 3 will go
threw the group-phase to the knock-out phase. There will be an upper
bracket, but also a lower bracket.
